Altessa for ChatGPT and Claude

Ask your assistant for a layout, a seating chart, a timeline or a budget. Altessa does the planning math, and every plan comes back with a link you can open, share, and save to your Altessa account.

What it can do

Reception layout

Give it your guest count, table shape and what the room needs: a dance floor, a DJ or band, a head table, bars, a buffet or stations. It works out how many tables you need and the square footage, places everything on a floor plan, and tells you whether your room fits.

Seating chart

Paste your guest list with plus-ones and groups. It seats everyone at tables, keeps couples and groups together, and keeps apart anyone you name.

Wedding day timeline

Start from your ceremony time. It builds the day from hair and makeup to the send-off, and for cities in the United States it can time photos around sunset.

Budget split

Give it a total, a guest count, or both, with your region and what matters most to you. It splits the money across venue, catering, photography, flowers and the rest.

One click opens Claude with the connector filled in. Add it, turn it on in a chat, and ask for a plan. No sign-in is needed.

The Altessa listing in the ChatGPT apps directory is in review. Once it is approved, search for Altessa in the directory and add it.

Your data

What is sent: the details you type into the request, such as a guest count, a ceremony time or a guest list.

What is stored: the plan Altessa makes, under a random link, so you can open it again. Anyone with the link can view the plan. Nothing else from your conversation is sent or kept.
